Vote by Mail Ballot Information for 2024 Primary Election

Last Friday, July 12, the Clay County Supervisor of Elections office began mailing out approximately 15,000 Vote by Mail ballots to voters who had a request on file for the 2024 Primary Election. Voters should be receiving them in mailboxes this week. Voters can track their Mail ballots through the entire process at TrackMyClayBallot.com.

Vote by Mail ballots must be returned to the Supervisor of Elections office by 7 PM on Election Day, August 20. They may be mailed back or turned into the Elections Office during regular business hours. Secure Ballot Intake Stations will be available at all seven Early Voting locations during Early Voting dates and times: August 8-17 from 8 AM – 6 PM.

For those who would like to Vote by Mail, the deadline to request a Mail ballot is Thursday, August 8 by 5 PM. Vote by Mail ballots may be requested over the phone, in person at the Elections Office, or online at ClayElections.gov
